1. All services use 0198 333 835 national dial up number. The customer must be satisfied that this represents a local call form their place of calling.
2. The Service is provided subject to alchemyIT Dial-Up Terms and Conditions
3. The monthly billing date is fixed to the date you sign up. The service is paid for one month in advance and all excess time and/or data used is billed one month in arrears.
4.  For the $24.50 Flat Rate Plan Only: 
   
   4.1  A maximum single logon time of 4 hours is permitted per session. You will be disconnected automatically after 4 hours of continuous use.
   
   4.2  Once disconnected, provided that the dial-up network demand is in excess of 80% a minimum waiting period of 1 hour will apply before reconnection is permitted. Should the demand be less than 80% you will be permitted to reconnect after 15 minutes.
   
   4.3  An idle time disconnect of 30 minutes may apply. Mechanisms such as simulated mouse movements or random 'ping' requests are not permitted and will still cause a disconnect.
   
   4.4  The Flat Rate plan may only be purchased using our auto-deduct credit card facility. 
   
5.  Telstra installation and/or monthly rental charges are not included in the above rates. Neither are the cost of calls made to the dial-up number included. These are the responsibility of the customer.
