Service	Application
ADSL	It is critically important that the correct information is provided for each site which is to have DSL installed. If the information provided is not identical to the information stored in Telstra's database, the application will be rejected. This form gives permission to Telstra to act on our behalf in installing the service onto their copper network. One copy of this form needs to be completed and returned with the application form. The service provided by alchemyIT is subjected to the terms and conditions which incorporate the terms and conditions of our providers.
SHDSL	From speeds of 512/512K up to 4M/4M, these services are of superior quality and performance. They are deployed on top end DSLAM equipment and are suitable for organizations who serve large amounts of data to the Internet Ideal for multi-site operations using Terminal Services or Citrix. Ideal for Voice, Video and other time sensitive applications.
VPN Access	Where multiple sites which to have direct access to the Internet AND have private networking intra-site. As there are NO data charges between sites, these services are ideal for independent offices who also share large files between each other.
VLAN	For organizations requiring TOTALLY SECURE communications between sites, these service guarantee Layer 2 ATM level of security and robustness. Extremely easy to implement and thus lower total cost of ownership. Very simple to add new sites to the VLAN at any time. A premium solution for demanding requiremensts
Other Access Technologies	For VLAN's where DSL is not available, or when more than 4M speed is required. Technologies include Modem, ISDN, X163, Fibre Optic. All form a part of the same secure and private ATM based VLAN.
